Fleming pictures attached.

In the pictures you may notice that the blocks coming from the windvane are "hanging" 
blocks...these did NOT work (I talked to Fleming for a long time about this).  The blocks 
must be affixed...too much slack induced by blocks that can move.

Instead, I ended up mounting blocks on the top of the coaming (aft).  works great.
