My T37 had the staysai?l? when I bought it in 2013. 

I had Schaffer roller furling gear installed and the Hank?ed? on j?i?b and staysail converted? complete with sunbrella UV protection installed?.

I have removed the staysail boom and will mount a pad eye? on the cabin top just aft of the forward hatch. At that pad eye I will install a block to bring the staysail sheet through and up to the clew on the sail.

I didn't come up with this arrangement myself, another member of the TOG did. He's been running it for awhile and is quite happy with it.
