These are photos of the recent deck repair on my Mariner 36. Unfortunately, I didn't get photos of the foam core prior to reglassing the panels. The yard owner said he takes photos of the work in progress. If I get any of these, I'll add them in the future. As mentioned in my e-mails, note the "straps" of original top skin that they left intact to maintain integrity. The deck was marine plywood core and although very wet (water shot up several inches where hardware was removed!) only one section in the bow was rotted. The rest was delaminated except for a one foot square setion next to the chainplate for the upper shroud on the port side (go figure) which was completely dry. FWIW, the yard felt that with the quality of the layup and the fact that the outer skin was 1/4"+ thick, the boat was still very seaworthy prior to repair.
